Mark A. Roeder?

I'm thinking about buying some books by Mark A. Roeder since I'm in the mood for some gay stuff. Does anybody know his books? Are they any good?

And can someone rec me some other gay books? With happy ending only? I hate to read about "star-crossed" lovers who don't end up together. Blame me! :P

Here are a few of my recommendations:

Wraeththu (trilogy) by Storm Constantine. The characters are technically hermaphrodites, but Wraeththu can only be made from human men, so I've always felt that there was a homosexual feel to the series. You should also know that the first novel doesn't have a happy romantic ending but the other two do (there is a second trilogy, but I've not gotten to it yet).

I don't know if you're interested in any lesbian literature, so I'll just throw out some titles: Empress of the World by Sara Ryan, Alma Rose by Edith Forbes, Keeping You a Secret by Julie Anne Peters.

Damn, it's times like this I wish I'd read more. I have somewhere around ten or fifteen homosexual novels sitting on my shelf that I haven't gotten to yet *curses self*

Oh, I know Wraththu. I didn't get around to read the books yet but I hear from all sides that it's excellent :) Just like Kendrick's Stealing Some Time.

I'm not sure why but I'm not interested in lesbian literature. I like yuri yaoi anime (like Simoun or Tactical Roar) but lesbian books just don't do it for me. Don't know why *scratches her head, all confused*

Thank you for the tips though. I really need to move my ass and read more. But there have been so many great anime lately... *whimpers*
