They still haven't sent the parcels to me even though their shipping date passed last week. And since last week, there hasn't been a word from them either. And thus, my pissed little me sent them the following email:

"Good morning!

For over a week now, the above mentioned books have been filed under "Shipping Soon". The shipping date was last week. And it was also last week that I received an email about some "delay". Since then nothing. Can you explain to me what is going on?! All the books I ordered are filed under "In Stock". Is this statement false? If I could, I would cancel the books and buy them somewhere else but not even that is possible since they should be "Shipping Soon". This is not the first problem I've had with this order. I know that compared to my friends, who have been waiting for their shipment since July even though the books they ordered are still listed as being "In Stock" my complaint sounds ridiculous but I'm really disappointed by your services.
