What an ugly thing! Yuck! I couldn't remove it quickly enough. It's completely useless for me since I have the filter function already in my links. The color is hideous, especially on a brown-red-yellow background like mine. The user icon is awfully pixelated because they shrunk the pic to a size where you can't recognize a thing. And it set the whole LJ page lower so that I had to scroll down to see my links.

Sorry, but that's not what I call user-friendly. If I could at least change the color to something that would fit the layout, then I would think about keeping it, but this way... REMOVE!

I like the idea of the navigation bar but like you, not the look ^^;! I'll think about it again when it appears in a future incarnation... which will hopefully be one that you can change the colour of!

The color was hideous! X( But I don't actually see the need for a navigation bar since most of the layouts have a links section embedded.

I keep all the links that the navigation bar gives me in my sidebar. It's a bit redundant, plus it doesn't look pretty with most layouts.

I will have to beg you for a code for the sidebars. They looks awsome!

It's not too hard to do, but you need to use Flexible Squares as your style. Then you customize your layers to include the code. If you ever want to try it, let me know. I can even let you play around with my layout LJ. That's where I work on all my layouts before I actually use them. ^_^

Hey there :) On the right side of the strip, there is a link called edit/remove or something like that. Click on it and then scroll down the page. There should be an option "show always..." etc. There are two lines with little boxes on the left side there. Unhook both and save the changes. And it's done! :)

Hm, then maybe only the paying members can get rid of it? :( And try this URL?

I hope that one will work for you :(
