I finished Tainted Trail yesterday, hun. I really enjoyed it ^_^! Rennie is still my favourite by a mile ^_~! Which book is next? Bitter Waters or Dog Warrior?
And I have started reading Swordpoint by Ellen Kushner. It was recced to me by moonraven_croft, who said it was like the Nightrunner books. From what I have read so far, she is not wrong, although the main characters Richard and Alec seem to have less morals than Seregil and Alec.
I'm not reading fanfic at all at the mo, just devouring books, like I used to as a teenager ^_^!
The third book is "Bitter Waters". I'm so happy that you enjoyed this series. I'm rec'ing it around like crazy :D
I have "Swordspoint" as an ebook. If I can rec you something... If you have the book where there are two additional stories at the end of it -don't read the last one. I can swear that you won't like it and it will make you feel... disappointed, sad, depressed. I know that it's like telling a kid don't think about a pink hippo... But trust me in this one. I hated it to pieces!
And thank you for taking the poll :D I was afraid that nobody would join :P

Really? I'm so curious now, lol! Do you think it would make any difference in the fact that I already have the second book so I'll be reading that straight after?
You have "The Fall of the Kings" (or something like that)? This book isn't about them. They are maybe mentioned there but it's not about them. I just leafed through that one and it didn't catch my interest at all :( But hey, maybe it's just me *shrugs*
Hehe, I'm hoarding the books like a hamster too! :) But now, I'm managing to make at least a slight dent into the pile of them :)! Huzzah! *pumps the fist in the air*
I occasionally watch shows on TV, but nothing that I'd call a series, except for Eastenders, the British soap opera I've been watching for years. I'm not into Lost, Supernatural, House or American Idol. I can't keep up with regular shows. (I even forget to keep downloading Doctor Who.)
I used to read books all the time, but the way my eyesight is, I have an easier time reading online now. Plus, I have so many friends who write fanfic. I like being able to keep up with them. I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing, although I'm sure some people do. It's ironic, when you consider my job is book publishing. ^_^
I'm following a lot of show and a lot of anime. I'm awfully behind in watching most of them. But I'm honestly trying to catch up... I'm not being very successful, but I do try! *so proud of herself*
And I love books - as you can probably say from all the ones I begged you to buy for me :P Oh, I've received a notice that there is a package waiting for me at the post office. I think it's the parcel you sent me. I will pick it up tomorrow and let you know, okie?
