Okay, I used to like Shinsen-subs, but not anymore. For what I care, they can go and blow their brains out, really. Lately, they've dropped EVERY SINGLE series. Did they ever finish subbing anything? O.o And according to them, Detective Academy Q is child porn? Okay, now I know who it was that voted for Bush and his minions. This series is about children playing detectives for pitty's sake! It's in the same category as Detective Conan. It's for CHILDREN! But no, they went "eww! there is an ep about snuff movies. and eww, there is some breast fondling." O.O Never before had I been this disappointed by any subbing group. They have the whole series translated, they just had to time it and it would be finished. They obviously don't care for their fans at all and now, I really don't care about them.

Too bad that they are the only ones subbing Noein and GunXSword - I wonder when they will drop THAT! - because otherwise, I would switch subbing groups immediately. I am sorry that I even started downloading these series since their attitude totally spoiled any fun I had in watching them.

From now on, I will stay away from any new anime they will sub. They are not worth supporting.

I think the reorganizing they mentioned on their site must be a pretty big one. I know from reading in the forum that not everyone supported the decision about Blood+. Let's just hope there's a Shinsen left when everything is all done. *is worried about Noein, GunXSword, Law of Ueki and Jigoku Shoujo*

As of right now, the main translator has left. He was the guy announcing all the dropped series (and he was the person who decided that Blood+ should be dropped). It sure sounds to me like Shinsen is saying now that they aren't dropping anything!

Ha! Thank you! There is still justice in the world. I'm glad that Vincent is back since it was he who loved Detective Academy Q so much that he picked it up for subbing.

Do you know the series? Detective Academy Q I mean. If not, then I could send it to you. It's one truly excellent series :)

Okie, so I will burn it for you :) 32 eps out of 40 are out already. It's an excellent series with lotsa mystery but humor too :) And very likable characters.
