Doctor Who 401-410

katikatI got a hankering to watch DW all of a sudden and thus I marathoned 10 episodes today O.o I realized I have never finished the Donna Period so that's what I chose. David Tennant as the Doctor grew on me. I think I didn't like him as much during S2-3 because a) in S2, there was Rose Tyler and I really don't like her and I also didn't like the Doctor's attitude towards Mickey and b) I didn't like how the Doctor treated Martha in S3.
As far as companions go, of those that I've seen so far (S1-4), I would say Donna >> Martha >> Rose. Martha is amazing but I find Donna funnier which is always a plus for me. I loved the interaction between Donna and Martha, that was really nice.
The best episodes were, hands down the Steven Moffat ones, Silence in the Library & Forest of the Dead. Not only did they introduce River Song, but they were really, really creepy. Nobody writes creepy as well as Moffat, just remember Blink! And I love stories that are set in abandoned places and the Library was so cool! Another interesting one was Midnight, creepy in a different way, it was the reaction of the people that scared me, not the creature. Also, it had Colin Morgan!
3 more to go and I think I'm done with 10, right? Looking forward to 11.
