Scarecrow and Mrs King 101-106
Aug. 10th, 2015 09:54 pmI felt like watching something light and funny but on the spy side bit of things - influenced by Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation last weekend. And thus I chose Scarecrow and Mrs King.
God, I just love Lee and Amanda. But mostly Amanda. She's simply rocking it. She's a suburban housewife with two kids, divorced and living with her mother, and yet she manages to take care of her family AND spy for the government and do all that with a cheery smile on her face and an endlessly sunny attitude. She never lets anything get her down and that's just beautiful. And I love how she and Lee slowly become friends, then later on much more. It's just the best!
And the humor in the show! Like: "When I told you not to call, I didn't mean you can come sit in my bushes!" Amanda to Lee. LOL! I just love that she's not in awe of him, she matches him word for word and doesn't let anything slide. She's amazing!
