Well, that was... dare I say boring? From these authors, I expected more, much more. Not only wasn't Gideon Crew all that likable, the who plot seemed ridiculous and the ending was unnecessarily gross. I wish they had focused on Gideon's revenge, on its planning and execution, not some Chinese espionage. Eh.

I don't think I will be continuing this series. The life is too short to read stuff that's less than gripping. Not even the cliffhanger ending made me interested in more.
