Just like I try not to care that POI's Jim Caviezel is a Bible thumper. Their religion is not my business. But I love, LOVE Tom Cruise's movies! Mission: Impossible, Jack Reacher, Minority Report... I hope to go and see Oblivion this weekend. And he's attached to another sci-fi that will be out... next year? All You Need Is Kill. And to Van Helsing!!! And possibly The Man from UNCLE too! Maaaaaaaaaan!

I really like him. And his colleagues, like Rosamund Pike, always have good things to say about him. And he's really, really nice to fans. I feel... I feel I'm going to go on a Tom Cruise trip. I will just add it to my Hugh Dancy trip! *rolls in the pretty* Gosh, gosh, GOSH!

Janek, Prometheus

I think that Janek - together with his crew - was the most likable character in the whole movie. He was pragmatic but also loyal and simply a good person. David was obsessed with discovery. Elizabeth was a Bible thumper for whom faith stood above logic. But Janek was sensible and good natured, for him this was a job not some mission to find God or the roots of humanity. And when they had to stop the ship from taking off, he did it, no hand wringing, no wailing. Maybe a little sigh of regret. A lovely man.
