I Guess Psych Really Is Ending, Huh?

Because Maggie Lawson AKA Jules in Psych just got cast in ABC's new sitcom opposite James Caan: source.

Well, it's not unexpected. Dulé Hill said years ago that he wanted S7 to be his last. So we should consider the 8 ep long S8 pick-up a bonus. And we still have S7 to look forward to, starting Feb. 27. And they still haven't even started filming S8 which will probably air next year, so... Still 2 seasons and 24 episodes to come.

And I think... I think I'm okay with that. I like Psych but sometimes it's been too much already with Shawn's antics and more often than not he was being an ass, not funny. Besides, 8 seasons is a good run.

Josh Holloway Cast In...

I know that there are fans of his on my flist, so - Josh Holloway was cast in CBS's pilot Intelligence in which he will play "Gabriel Black, a former Navy Seal and dedicated intelligence officer." More info:

The project, based on unpublished book "Dissident" by John Dixon, is set at US Cyber Command and focuses on a unit that has been created around one agent with a very special gift, a microchip that has been implanted in his brain that allows him to access the entire electromagnetic spectrum.

Sounds like a non-goofy version of Chuck. It could fit well with Person of Interest, IMHO. I hope they pick it up for a series! *crosses fingers*

I have never seen it but I know that there are fans of this show on my flist, so - BBC2 canceled The Hour featuring Dominic West, Ben Whishaw and Romola Garai: source. My condolences, fans.

Gosh, that was sweet! One of the basic fanfic tropes: the whole crew had to spend the night aboard the plane. Silliness and FizzBuzzBanana happened!

Also, Martin is still dating Theresa! How fantastically awesome is that? I mean, in fics, I ship Douglas/Martin but in the show itself? I adore Theresa/Martin! Theresa is all kinds of awesome.

Douglas: The captain is a man of immense mechanical aptitude, and it is accordingly his plan to fine-tune the running of the AP unit by finding a hole at the back of the plane, and waggling a stick in it.

Tomorrow is the last ep in the series :( And I'm a bit afraid of it, considering all the hints dropped this season. Herc and Zurich, their financial problems, Martin and Theresa... Please, give me a satisfying ending, PLEASE *crosses fingers*
