Denofgeek posted an article about the casting of JLM in Elementary and included Sue Vertue's reaction: link.

Miller, ironically, shared the lead role in Frankenstein with Benedict Cumberbatch at the National Theatre. The pair were both rewarded with a Best Actor prize for their work.

(...)

Reacting to the news, Sherlock producer Sue Vertue hinted once more at potential action, should CBS stray uncomfortably close to her show. “Jonny is a very fine actor, who I saw recently in the theatre when he and Benedict played alternative roles in Frankenstein”, she told The Independent. “Let’s hope their pilot script has stayed further away from our Sherlock than their casting choice”.

She added that “We have been in touch with CBS and informed them that we will be looking at their finished pilot very closely for any infringement of our rights”.

I seriously love Sue Vertue and her snark. I mean, as much as I like JLM, could CBS be any more obvious with this casting?

Justin Lin planned to film FF6 and FF7 back to back, but now it looks like he won't. Dwayne Johnson explains: link.

"We were going to try that because it wouldn't make sense to have the same crew and have everybody there in one place, but I think we're dealing with some weather issues, so from what I know we're going to shoot Fast 6 first and then worry about Fast 7 a little later."

He also revealed that the shoot of Fast Six, or whatever it ends up being called, will be heading to the UK and Germany. If they're shooting in Britain, that'd happily explain the weather problems.

Fast & Furious 6 is due with us in the summer of 2013.

Awesome! I don't mind waiting, just knowing that there will be FF6 and FF7 makes me one happy clam, seriously. And when you think that just a few years back, everybody thought this franchise was dead. And now, it's the best horse in NBCUniversal's stable. Awesome. Give me more Diesel&Walker and I'll be there! :)

Tim DeKay comes over as the kindest, sweetest, most likable person in the world. He's so incredibly down to earth and I think it bleeds over into his character, it's the reason why Peter and Neal click on so many level, because the actors really like each other.

There's a nice article about next week's WhiCo episode that Tim directed - so, beware of spoilers! - and there are some bits he said that I really love: link to article.

“That tension [that Neal and Mozzie create] can never go away, ever. Yet, Mozzie can come over to the Burke home for muffins and Neal and Peter will still be best friends. The tension of whether or not they are still doing their stuff can never go away.”

What would be Tim DeKay’s dream episode of White Collar? ”I would love to see Peter and Neal get stuck in an elevator for the whole episode. You hardly ever take the camera out of the elevator. It’s just the two of them in there and you run the gambit. I see the door opening at the end of the episode with Neal and Peter singing some song and Neal trying to teach Peter how to harmonize. You cut back on Diana and Jones as they are looking quizzically at the two of them. And while in the elevator we solve the crime.”

But the best thing?

Tim says he can never see Peter shooting Neal, no matter the con or long con he pulls. Peter would rather chase Neal all over again.

Aww... Seriously, just... aww! You just want to cuddle them and coo like a demented pigeon, they are so sweet. I hope their dynamic never changes and it doesn't matter if you see them as best friends, brothers or father and son, they are so incredibly squishy!

Not as funny as eps 101 and 102, mainly because it focused a lot on Pilfrey and I think his character and his craziness was rather overdone in this episode.

Hiding from Pilfrey!

I didn't LOL as much watching this episode, but I loved the scene where Pilfrey tried the high kick, as in a karate kick, and Paul just poked him with a finger and he crumbled. LOL! Or Paul's patients: Mel Gibson, Julia Roberts... "Someone's winding me up? *scrunchy face*" XD

Also:

Pilfrey: Stake out the ground. Live the life! Be the man!
Paul: Take the pills.

And then there's Rory. Benedict Cumberbatch makes everything better...

I think it's pretty telling that when the sisters asked Edwin about Daniel, he went on and on and on about him. But when they asked about Rory, he just said "Rory's... Rory."
