Went to see XMFC for the third time. And it still rocked! I might have developed a slight obsession, don't you think? The only other movie I went to see more than once at the cinema was the new Tron.

OMG, how amazingly awesome was Azazel? Just... look at him!

The way he moved, his weapons, his... devilish nature.

And Charles... I know that the other mutants, Erik included, thought that Charles didn't need to hide from the world - IMHO, they were wrong, so very, very wrong. Think about it, from your own personal POV - which mutant would scare you more? The one who had some physical ability or the one who could scramble your brain and make you - and not just you but whole masses at once - do anything he wanted and even make you like it? I think humans are really lucky that Charles doesn't have one bad bone in his body otherwise he would be their new god and nobody could stop him.

And Erik... How awesomely bad-ass is he in this movie? Before, I never considered Magneto scary. But XMFC's Erik/Magneto is... yeesh! O.O Utterly, utterly bad-ass.

Oh my, I can't stop rolling in the pretty, for real. Off to read fics!

Another reason for me to catch up on W13 before the new season starts:

Aaron Ashmore (...) is continuing his sci-fi career and joining SyFy's "Warehouse 13" as Steve Jinks, an ATF agent who is recruited onto the team because of his ability to tell when a person is lying, without fail.

Ashmore and series creator Jack Kenny recently sat down with Out to discuss bringing the first gay agent into the series, now in its third season. Kenny says that it was actually the network suits who first suggested making Jinks gay. "We were pitching this character and a couple of the execs are gay and said, "What if Steve was gay?" We immediately jumped on the idea -- but it's just a part of who he is, it doesn't define the character." Link

I really like Aaron Ashmore and I was disappointed when he didn't get the werewolf part in Being Human US. And the fact that he's about to play a gay character on W13 makes me want to finally catch up on the show - yes, I'm a season behind, sue me :P

BTW, is Ashmore joining the show as a recurring character or a regular?
