You know, the 4th movie in the Fast&Furious franchise? Where Brian and Dom will be on the run from the cops? Dwayne Johnson will be playing an ex-bounty hunter turned US-Marshall who's hired to catch Dom and Brian! And you know who else is in it? Charisma Carpenter! Also, so far, it looks like Jordana Brewster will not be in the film? Awesome! Man, I can't wait to see it! *bounces*

Synopsis... )

Review: First in the "Megan Chase" series. And I really like Megan. She's so... normal. Yes, she's a psychic, but it doesn't define her. Sometimes, she behaves irrationally, mostly when something makes her angry - and she knows that she's being irrational and she admits it, even if only to herself. When someone hurts her, she doesn't go all "woe is me," she gets pissed because taking revenge is much more productive than feeling sorry for herself.

And then there's Greyson Dante, so strong and pushy - but strangely vulnerable and shy when it comes to things like his eyes glowing red sometimes. And Malleus, Maleficarum and Spud, the cutest demon uncles, really. And Brian and Tera - they would make quite an awesome couple.

I'm curious where the series is headed. I'll definitely read book 2.

Nate: You thought Parker dressed up as a nun for no reason?
Eliot: It’s Parker.

... Big Bang fics? You know what pairings/genres I love - slash/gen, no death stories, pairings Sam/Dean, Dean/Castiel, Clark/Lex, Kirk/McCoy, Sheppard/McKay... - and I know that there have been new BB stories posted in various fandoms - am I right? But usually, there are many, many bad fics that you have to peruse to find the one true gem... So, any recs? Something I mustn't miss for anything in the world?

202 The Tap-Out Job: What a lovely Eliot episode - Christian Kane was awesome in it. I loved Eliot's chats with Sophie, they're great together. And once again, Eliot was "in danger" - hehe, just once I would love for the danger to be real, not staged to get the bad guys. Loved that Eliot's been teaching Parker how to fight, that's a real big bro thing to do. The scene where Parker put Hardison in a choke-hold was so funny! And the fact that Nate didn't react at all to what the kids were doing behind the couch was so, so hilarious!

In the commentary, I loved that they praised Christian for being such an accomplished actor and for doing his own stunts. And it's cute that the writers/directors/execs themselves are calling Parker, Hardison and Eliot "The Kids" whereas Nate and Sophie are considered "The Parents" :P
