Atlantis

I really love the cover art of the Stargate: Atlantis S1-5 box set that Amazon UK offers:



Unfortunately, I couldn't find a bigger pic but wow, that looks awesome \o/ This I would even buy as a poster and hang it in my room!

But - they moved the 12th SGA tie-in adventure to December?! Why? So, now, book 12 will be book 14? Like when they switched "Nightfall" and "Angelus"? Let's see how it goes now:

Kevin Hosey's "The Internal Darkness" - Aug. 25th
Chris Wraight's "Dead End" - Sept. 25th
David Niall Wilson's "Brimstone" - Dec. 25th

And I was so looking forward to a new book this month! *pouts* "Brimstone" was planned to come out June 25th. This is the second time they delayed the SGA books just this year - second time and hopefully the last time too! SG-1's first part of the Iblis trilogy should have been published at the beginning of this year and it's still not out. I just hope that these aren't hints that Fandemonium is going broke *crosses fingers*

Torchwood 209

This episode was simply hilarious! There were so many funny quotes and scenes - like Ianto dancing with Jack instead of with Gwen! And the quotes:

Jack: Yeah, and the Lone Ranger didn't have a thing with Tonto!

Ianto: That's what I love about Torchwood - by day chasing the scum of the universe, comes the night you're the wedding fairy!

Ianto: He's got a point.
Jack: What is it with you? Ever since Owen died, all you ever do is agree with him.
Ianto: I was brought up to never speak ill of the dead.

I admire Rhys, though. That man has the patience of a saint!
