I'm getting tired of this

I'm really getting tired of this. Comes Friday, my net connection starts to act up. Comes Saturday, Streamload is unavailable. And I feel like all the PTBs think it's one big joke even though I pay for both services. Haha, we had a good laugh. Now, can we get a proper service back any time soon?
