Just in case...

... of another arctic night... We had 23°C below 0 here last night. It was so cold that the device my internet provider is using froze so I lost my net connection yesterday and didn't get it back until just now. There is such a thick layer of ice on my window that it looks like the panes are made of frost or milk glass. Our whole house and especially the roof above my room (it's almost flat) is cracking and creaking and making weird noises... And there is still half a meter of snow outside. But at least there is no wind (which is very unusual, believe me).

So, just in case that I disappear again - the frost got me! *scared*

The age of the PoT characters...

... rather confuses me. According to the character profiles Ryoma should be - as a freshman - 12 years old. So that means that Momo-senpai and Kaidoh are 13 O.O!! And Tezuka, Inui etc. 14?!! I mean, that's ridiculous (could you imagine Atobe! being 14? Or Kabaji 13?!). So, I looked up some informations about the Secondary Education in Japan. According to this info, the club activities - such as the tennis club in PoT - are really important and pursued in the Upper-Secondary Level, which would be grades 10-12. And that would make Ryoma 15 or so and Tezuka and the others around 18 years old. Yup, that fits just fine. So, from now on, I will write my stories in this setting *nods*
