It's about a girl named Akane Motomiya who, along with her two best friends, is pulled into the past to save the world of Kyou. Think something along the lines of Fushigi Yuugi.

Better. Way better. At least I think so. And the relationships between the male protagonists are much more slashable. Especially Tomomasa/Takamichi aka Tomomichi ;)

The series is actually called Harukanaru Toki no Naka de "Hachiyou" but that's so awfully long that most folks simply call it HaruToki. You can find some info here:

Well, those groups are not the only groups who have picked up HaruToki. My group (Kiseki Fansubs (http://www.carpedementem.org/kiseki/)) has also picked it up. We, however, do not have any episodes out yet...

Really? *squee* I'm so happy that the fansubbers picked it up. The DVD rips weren't bad but the quality of some of the early eps was awful! :)
