Doctor Who 104-106

katikatOkay, I'm now almost halfway through the first season and I still don't get it. I don't get why Moffat haters praise Russell T. Davis like he was the Second Coming or something. Moffat bashers hate on him for everything, from being a misogynist to being homophobic, and RTD? Did these people somehow forget that his DW was riddled with things like Rose telling the Doctor, "You're so GAY!" when he complained etc. and so on? If Moffat wrote that, he would be burned on the stake!
So, six eps in, I can honestly say there have been only two good episodes so far: The Unquiet Dead (103) and Dalek (106). Everything else was rubbish. Like episodes 104 & 105: the farting aliens who hid in fat people. Such a terrible slapstick comedy. And Rose's mum and her boyfriend - so, so annoying!
I'm starting to understand why I didn't get into this show back then, with 9. But I'm determined to pull through. Only 7 episodes left. We should meet Jack soon, IIRC.
