NCIS LA 421-423
May. 12th, 2013 06:20 pm421 was pretty boring. The only part I liked was Kensi and Deeks speaking Spanish.
422 hurt because once again, life smacked Callen down. As if he hadn't had enough issues before, he now found out that he had been just one kid of many for Hetty. I was glad that he didn't take it out on Grace because she was innocent in this. And seriously, he didn't even had an objective reason to be angry at Hetty, it was not her fault that he read too much into their relationship. Still... his expression when he realized, when he read Claire's file... when Sam found him and felt just how upset Callen was - and Callen didn't tell him why, pretending nothing was wrong... That was a wonderful scene, the best!
423 was a great Marty episode. I didn't like that Kensi was making so much fun of him because it was obvious just how upset he was. And there's nothing wrong with being good at what you do - which in Deeks' case is undercover work. Though I wonder what Monique told him - I think she told him she was pregnant and we will learn of this later on. And I'm glad that it was finally revealed what Granger wanted Deeks for back in the ep where everybody thought Deeks was in court.
And I'm now all caught up and ready for the season finale! Have the promo:
