Where to ask?

I would like to have an icon made, for Loveless, ep 9, 20.00 to 20.05 min. There is a scene where Soubi is repeatedly caressing Ritsuka's face, moving his fingers slowly in circles on Ritsuka's cheek. And I would like to have that turned into an icon. But I don't have the software to do it myself. Can someone tell me, where to ask for it?

You can ask over at animeicons. I don't know if anyone will be able to do it without having screencaps, but it wouldn't hurt to ask. (Just check the comm rules and make sure it's okay.) I see people asking for icons all the time there.
