So, I apologize profusely to people who were trying to get me into PoI and I kept brushing them off. In my defense, the premise did sound a bit ridiculous and one one of the ways CBS promoted the show was by pointing out that "IT'S THE GUY FROM LOST!!!" - and my close friends know that me and Lost? No buddies. Not even my love for Daniel Dae Kim forced me to watch that show (thought it probably will make me go back to H50, especially since I was told that Chin's got some pretty amazing storylines). But then I saw The Count of Monte Cristo with Jim Caviezel over Christmas and it got me thinking...

ANYWAYZ! I love the show! And I can't get enough. I mean, 5 episodes in a row, for real! There's just something about it... I guess it's the budding friendship between Finch and Reese, the tiny steps they make that take them closer... It's incredibly sweet.

Also, I'm very curious about Finch's past and especially about his friendship with Nathan. I hope that Nathan was a good person, not a baddie - I have a soft spot for Brett Cullen, I have been smitten with him since Falcon Crest, to be honest. I guess it was Nathan's death and Finch's injury that lead to this whole secret operation, huh? It's... Is it just me or does that feel really slashy, like Finch and Nathan weren't "just" friends? I mean, I see slash everywhere so I need an honest opinion. Am I seeing things?

And I really like the cops too. Carter is a kick-ass lady without being a bitch - a rare thing in today's TV - and I even like Fusco, despite him being a dirty cop.

I think this show's a keeper! \o/
