Re-watching Sherlock!

I spent the afternoon re-watching Sherlock S1. Gosh, I almost forgot how much I love the show, how utterly smitten I'm with the characters, the setting, the cinematography, the music... So, so lovely, all of it. And I love that, even after so many viewings, I can still find details I missed! Like in The Great Game, when Sherlock is being all diva-ish on the sofa, draping himself all over it like a Victorian maiden with the vapors - he flexes his toes and curls them into the cushions! Ha, it's such a tiny thing but I love it to pieces, it's a wonderful touch!

And yes, I still LOL when he huffs and curls up in a tiny ball on the sofa, with his back to John, all bored and angry and annoyed, refusing to talk to John - but how does John DARE to leave! Or when John finds the severed head in the fridge! Or when John decides to go on a date with Sarah and Sherlock invites himself too, totally not getting what a "date" is about! And I still get the shivers when Sherlock say softly, "Please, Jim, will you fix it for me..." when he realizes that Moriarty is a consulting criminal. Beautiful, so, so beautiful...

This show makes me so incredibly, wonderfully happy. Whenever I watch it, I float like a helium filled balloon! Gosh, these two...
