Another freebie. I usually like Megan Derr's stories but this one simply didn't click for me. Both characters were/used to be professional criminals yet they behaved like complete amateurs. I mean, I know this is not David Morrell or Lee Child's kind of story but still. A lot of "fucks" does not a professional hitman make. Also, the storytelling was a bit confusing, especially at the beginning. And again - the author really should get a proper editor; for a short story there were a lot of mistakes there (latest instead of last and such).
