How To Train Your Dragon

I got really, really angry at Hiccup's father when he refused to listen to his son. It was like he was blind and deaf, he just didn't see or didn't want to see/accept what his son wanted or needed. Even Hiccup noted that their conversations were really one-sided. I guess the father represented all the close-minded people out there who had been taught hate since childhood. Only Hiccup, who wasn't physically strong and thus couldn't accompany his father on hunts, never learned how to hate.
And I actually got all teary-eyed at the very end, when Toothless curled up around Hiccup, protecting him. Like, seriously, animated movies for kids shouldn't make you weep your heart out. But that scene was so incredibly beautiful...
Also, I didn't know that 30 Seconds to Mars performed the main song, written by Jared Leto himself. Huh.
