Nope, that was a rumor debunked by Simon Pegg. Then Karl Urban mentioned that Benedict was playing Gary Mitchell - which Roberto Orci then debunked. I think they are intentionally letting these "spoilers" leak to keep people off their track :P I think he will play Gary Mitchell or maybe Joaquin, Khan's right hand, maybe they will kill Khan off-screen and let Joaquin take revenge? I don't think they would let him play Khan himself, that would bring them so much grief about racism that they wouldn't want to go there.
