Oh, completely forgot to mention what trailers I saw last Saturday, while waiting for The Bourne Legacy!
First, there was the trailer for Lawless, immediately followed by a trailer for Premium Rush which gave me the giggles, seriously. A trailer for Tom Hardy's film followed by one for JGL's? LOL! It made me very happy, I might have even done a little jiggle in my seat, much to the amusement of my friends.
Premium Rush still looks great. Lawless on the other hand... The trailer doesn't tell you much, it's rather confusing and hard to figure out against whom the brothers are actually fighting. And from the Cannes reviews, it looks like the movie got really screwed by editing in post-production. Also, I didn't expect so much focus on Shia LaBeouf, to be honest. I think I will see it - as long as Tom Hardy's character has his happy ending - but not in the cinema, I don't like period movies much. But yay for Tom Hardy and Gary Oldman's 3rd movie together!
Then I saw the trailer for Skyfall. Well. I loved the first one, the teaser-like trailer. This one... So, Bond's once more burned out? Eh. That kinda stole my excitement, to be honest. I will go and see it in the cinema, it's Bond after all. But I expected something... more, I guess.
What I liked MUCH more was the trailer for The Expendables 2! That one looked really, really good. Action, crazy stunts, humor! I might go and see it with my friends!
