katikatAaaaaand I'm in a funk again, not feeling like watching any current show. Bah! as the dwarves say *hands* I guess it's because I spoiled myself for the ending of the latest WhiCo ep by mistake. Or something. So, I decided to watch something older and fun! Hence...
... Doctor Who, season 6!
I have so much love for Mark Sheppard. His accent makes me weak in the knees! And his character was gay, that was the whole point of him being thrown out of the FBI! Ha! I wondered what that was about. Sweet!
Gosh, how I love Steven Moffat's writing *happy sigh* All his stories are so wonderfully interconnected and interwoven. Like the Silence - which is, BTW, super creepy! *shudders* - it was mentioned in the previous season already and I almost didn't notice! Clever, Mr. Moffat! Very clever!
I'm a bit spoiled for this season so I can kinda guess where this is headed and I LOVE IT!
You know, I don't get what people have against Steven Moffat's writing. Especially his writing for DW *shrugs* It's incredibly clever and you have to pay attention to minute details because they'll come back 6 eps later and they'll explain everything! I'm simply amazed by how connected everything in Moffat's universe is! Brilliant!
So, peeps. Who do you find scarier, the Weeping Angels or the Silence? Me? The Weeping Angels. Maybe not as global a threat but, sheesh on a pogo stick, they are scary!
