I do not like shota, but to arrest him for it... I mean, it's possible to buy such mangas without problems in Japan! It isn't life action. It's a COMIC for pitty's sake.
I just don't understand how they can arrest him for something that's perfectly legal in the country he just returned from? And he didn't buy it to SELL it, he bought it for himself, for pitty's sake! And it's just a manga, not life action!
However there has been a movement that anyhting underage or what looks underage is childporn, live action or not. So if you have shota looking Dante from Devil may cry and his sword, in human shota form, doing things that man was not meant to know, but fangirls drool over, then its childporn. Never mind that they are both old enough and one of them is an inanimate object. *roll eyes* Childporn is a hot button and shota pushes it for some people. I like seeing nakie, underage boys, catboys, and other male underage peoples in a manga,in comproming positions with a healthy dose of Noncon sex. That means that I am going to go out and abuse children because of it. I know that what I read isn't real. If it was, then I would have a flying car and other cool, SF stuff from Niven and Clement.
And everyone knows that 'other countries' porn is always more preverted then the North Americans, therefore a danger to the innocents that live there. *more eye rolling*
