katikat: (Grimm-NickMonroe)

Yeah, the case was a bit boring, but I loved that Monroe decided to stick with Nick, that he got angry not scared as his attackers intended. That was awesome!

The "intimate" dinner that Nick shared with Monroe was rather funny. "What's my favorite color?" LOL! And I really like Juliet. Nick's captain is badass! The way he shot the bad guy before he could get to Nick and Hank! And the shoot-out at the end - wow! And who is the captain? Why is he protecting Nick? Are Grimms usually without conscience? Do they need to be controlled? Sure sounded like it.

Amy Acker looks so much better with a little meat on her bones. And I actually felt really sorry for her because she just tried to survive. And her love for her husband was epic, she went against her very nature and kept him because she loved him so much. But I didn't get the daughter's attitude - she was a Wesen too, yet she was so hostile towards her mom, even though she knew her mom was just trying to survive :-/

I loved that Nick went in to save Monroe. That was so awesome. But that he beat the guy whom nobody could beat without any special abilities of his own, that was a bit... nya. I would've loved it if he did have some special abilities besides seeing the monsters. But I'm afraid for the relationship between Nick and Juliet. Her finding the ring and him not making the dinner... :( And the captain! I love how much power he has!

Aaaaaaaaaand I'm all caught up. Who would've thought that the show that everybody was so certain would flop would turn out so good?
