katikatI ordered S2 of TBBT from Amazon UK - they had it for Ł6.99 only! - so I decided to watch S1 again to get "back on the horse", so to speak. Yes, yes, yes, I know that I'm watching this show totally out of order, sue me.
You know what I noticed? How awkward this show used to be. Now it seems the jokes are funny without the unnecessary embarrassment push. I really hate it when someone's made to be an idiot or behaves that way for comic relief, it's a big no-no for me. And the early episodes have that in spades. Also, Kaley Cuoco spoke with such a high-pitched voice! I wonder if they made her do it to make Penny look more stupid. Hm...
But! The show's still incredibly funny - or was incredibly funny back then too? How do you say it when you watched S4 before S1? *scratches head* My favorite quote...
