Castle 409, NCIS 906-910

katikatI know that this episode should've had a big impact on me, what with Beckett's PTSD and her bonding with Espozito - but it didn't really click for me. There was very little humor, few Castle and Beckett scenes - the things I love most about the show. What I did like was Castle and Gates finally working together!
906: It was nice to have an episode focused on Ducky, him being the character in peril for once, seeing him outside his lab.
907: Fornell was really funny, snipping at his ex-wife, the ex calling Gibbs a "woodchuck"...
908+909: I liked the chaplain. I hope we see her again.
910: I really don't like Tony's dad, I don't find him charming at all, sleazy is a better word - I hate these kinds of fathers in shows, immature con-men and losers to that. And honestly, the "DiNozzo Sr. in the middle of a criminal investigation" plots are getting repetitive.
Yeah, the show's still not really clicking for me this season. Too bad :(
