Let's brainstorm on sci-fi shows

katikatIt's certain that I haven't seen all the hardcore (as in not fantasy or horror) sci-fi shows out there - so, peeps, tell me what I shouldn't miss!
To avoid duplication, I know of/plan to watch/have seen: Star Trek (all incarnations), Stargate (all incarnations), Alien Nation, Farscape, Battlestar Galactica (both old and new), The X-Files, Eureka, Alphas, Heroes, Fringe, Andromeda, Firefly... And that's it. I think?
So, any suggestions? New, old, really old - anything, as long as it's science, not magic and ghosts.
ETA: D'oh, I forgot to add Babylon 5! And I have the whole show, with all its bells and whistles, at home on DVD! 45 discs, IIRC *head, meet desk*
ETA2: Another show I forgot: Lexx! I still got the fighting song of the Brunnen G stuck in my head, even after all those years. What a nutty show!
