Castle 401-402

katikatI'm running out of space on my HDD, so I decided to marathon Castle. I have 6 episodes to watch - and the promo for next week's looks amazing!
I'm not sure I like the new captain. Well, I haven't seen enough of her to judge yet but I don't like the way she dismisses any help that Castle offers and how she blamed Beckett for her own failings - calling the mayor before they got the perp's confession. Okay, I don't like her, to be honest.
And I kinda don't like Alexis' rebelious side either. What made her special was that she wasn't a bratty teen. But now, she's a bratty teen. Eh.
But I like the relationship between Castle and Beckett. It's too bad that she lied to him, that she told him she didn't remember anything, his love confession, even though she did. This kinda reminds me of Bones' obstacle course and I really hope they won't go there. But I love how Castle just wants her to be safe, even if she isn't "his", because she makes him happy. That's so incredibly sweet.
And I love Castle's amazing touch-screen and all the schematics of Beckett's mom's murder.
And Castle's mom is always a hoot. I love her! And I loved how supportive she was of him when Beckett was shot. They have an amazing relationship.
