User's Guide for the Paralyzed Penis
Jun. 25th, 2011 03:13 pmI found a wonderful article called "User's Guide for the Paralyzed Penis: Sex after spinal cord injury" on National Sexuality Resource Center's web and I think that every author who wants to write a fic about post-XMFC Charles having sex should read at least this - there's nothing more cringe-worthy than when you stumble across someone writing about something they have absolutely no idea of, be it the sex life of people with spinal injury or foreign languages.
Other than that, I still haven't caught up on White Collar and haven't even started watching Covert Affairs, The Glades or Suits yet. I don't know what's wrong with me these days, I feel completely detached from the TV fandom...
I'm thinking of what to read next, book-wise, I mean. I still have to finish Thomas Sniegoski's "A Hundred Words for Hate" but I think I'll read something else first. Hm, maybe Lynn Flewelling's "The Bone Doll's Twin"? Decisions, decisions...
