katikatBox office lesson we learned this weekend? The "Fast and Furious" franchise is pretty much impossible to beat.
The fifth film in the franchise "Fast Five" dominated the box office on Friday, Apr. 29, bringing in almost $34 million. The action flick starring Vin Diesel and Paul Walker is on track to earn $80 million this weekend. The film was made from $125 million. Link.
Awesome! I want the movie to do well because I'm a huge fan of the franchise - sans film #3, that is. According to Box Office Mojo, the movie has earned 57 mil. USD worldwide so far.
