Watching Sherlock

I spent the evening re-watching Sherlock's The Great Game, first with audio commentary, then my favorite scenes without. You know, from the audio commentary, I got the impression that Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman get along fabulously. I loved their gentle ribbing, it was funny and sweet.
I think the third movie is my favorite. Not only has it a great story, it also has many fantastic character elements. Like the "head in the fridge" thing. Or Sherlock sulking on the sofa. Or Mrs. Hudson wishing Sherlock "a nice little murder". Or my favorite - the last scene, when Sherlock realizes that he isn't untouchable anymore, that the bad guys have a leverage against him now. Sherlock couldn't care less about "normal people", but when it comes to John...
And the cliffhanger kills me every time!
You know, I wonder if there will ever be official tie-in novels for Sherlock. I mean, this series literally begs for books!
