I didn't expect the psychologist to be Kate's sister AT ALL! What a great twist.
There were so many things, so many tiny details that I thought the writers have forgotten - like Tony's promotion or the fact that Abby and Kate used to be best friends.
It was also nice to see a serious!Tony - the scene in the morgue, when he admitted to the psychologist that looking at the man who had lived for his work and ended up with nothing scared him, was really well done - and a laughing!Gibbs - when the psychologist told him the joke about the man who walked into a bar....
Lately, NCIS is having so many... strange episodes, really deep, you know? First the gay man, then the battered wife and now the suicide...
