TNT cast Eric McCormack and Rachel Leigh Cook in the pilot of Perception: McCormack will play the lead in the project, Dr. Geoffrey Pierce, an eccentric, frequently erratic and absolutely brilliant neuroscientist who helps the FBI solve complex cases. Rachel Leigh Cook will play the sexy, sharp-tonged and smart FBI agent Kate Rossi who recruited her former professor Pierce to work for the bureau. Link.

I know, I know, it sounds pretty much like The Mentalist or Castle but should their chemistry click, it might be great! I don't need original shows, I need interesting shows with lovable characters! Besides, I think that Eric McCormack is hot, so sue me :P
