Indigo Zheng & Ukiah Oregon - the "Ukiah Oregon" series by Wen Spencer: She's older, much more experienced, she's a better shooter and she could kick his ass like nobody's business. Her colleagues at the FBI call her the "Ice Queen" or worse but he loves her because he sees her as an oasis of calm in a storm. And she loves him because he's the only man who loves her for exactly what she is.
Connor Grey & Meryl - the "Connor Grey" series by Mark Del Franco: At the beginning, she told him clearly that as much as she liked him and loved spending time with him, they both had their own lives and whatever they did when they weren't together wasn't the other person's business. They are simply two very independent adults who love each other.
Atticus Steele & Hikaru Takahashi - the "Ukiah Oregon" series by Wen Spencer: He had always been heterosexual, until he met Hikaru, the only person who didn't run screaming seeing the weird stuff that was happening to him - well, not everybody would stick around when you died on them and returned back to life, right? And so, when Ru kisses him, Atty thinks, "This is Ru. Couldn't I bend a little for him?"
Seregil & Alec - the "Nightrunner" series by Lynn Flewelling: Thieves and spies who fell in love. Seregil is Alec's mentor, his best friend and a father figure - and first lover. Alec means everything to him - even though Seregil's still convinced that one day, Alec will leave him, just like everybody else.
Toya & Yukito - "Card Captor Sakura" series by Clamp: Toya won't let Yukito disappear, even if he has to sacrifice his special powers...
