According to Kryptonsite.com, 'The "villain from the past?" All interviews are pointing to it being a Lex clone. Brian Peterson tells us Lex "always has a back up plan."' And they found a way around Mike Rosenbaum's refusal to come back - in ep #200, Clark will see the past and the possible future and it may be the ep in which he meets an old man who looks like Lex.

Also, Erica Durance will be in all 22 eps this year, Justin Hartley only in 17 or so.
