White Collar - R1 or R2

I plan to buy WhiCo on DVD as soon as it's available. But! Should I buy it in R1 or R2?

R1:
- release date: July 13th
- price: $41.99
- extras: all

R2:
- release date: July 6th
- price: £14.99
- extras: unknown

The difference in price is staggering. The R2 release would be half the price for me in the Czech koruna - 882 vs. 465Kč - but what if there are on extras? That would piss me off. And I can't find any info about extras available on the R2 DVDs. Hmpf!

I don't know about this show/dvd, but I have heard in the past that european releases of us shows are notorious for not having any of the extras the us dvds have. But since the european one comes out first you can check the extras before buying, right?

Yeah, I bought NCIS S4 R2 and there were no audio commentaries. That irked me a lot. I think I'll just wait and see what other people, who ordered the R2 release, will say.

I actually bought the region two and have it on quick order so get here in day or two to see what it has on it. luckily i have a gift card left over from christmas that if not same stuff can go out and buy from best buy. I have a multi region dvd player and thought get week early will do cause i have to clear my dvr for when the season starts have the dvds a week early can do that.

I had the R1 release pre-ordered, but I canceled it. I'll see what the R2 release can offer first. I would get the R2 version a) cheaper and b) faster.

Will you post about it in the comm? About the extras and whatnot, I mean. I know that there were other people asking about what's on the R2 release and I think they would be grateful for any info.

Not a problem I have rush order put on it maybe upped my price but I will at least have it a day or two after release. But I was curious what it had on it sometimes r2 have same stuff or something else added on that usa doesn't at least found that with stargate dvds.
