According to The Hollywood Reporter, CBS officially picked up the NCIS spin-off toplined by LL Cool J and Chris O'Donnell! Awesome. I mean, everybody was saying that it was a pretty sure bet but it's always better to have it confirmed by official sources! \o/

And now I wonder if the show will start where the backdoor pilot ended...

I think O'Donnell's character getting shot will be the basis for the first ep and first case the San Diego team works on as a new series.

That would be awesome! The last scene of the backdoor pilot shocked me! O.O And I thought that nothing would surprise me anymore :P
