Mike Shade's "Witness", #48

I don't usually read BDSM stories - in most cases, it's used as a thinly veiled excuse for a weak plot - but in this book, it actually has a point: it helps the main character, Gary, cope with his crazy life - a childhood trauma, a stalker and a drug addiction. And all that with the help of a cop, Zeke, who interrogated him after Gary witnessed a double murder... and the murderer hugged him while running away. The plot - and especially the stalker/murderer - is quite creepy, though the story would have been better with a little less sex.
