In this book, Andrew killed his abusive brother Tyler to protect his lover Devon. What he didn't count on was Tyler coming back from the dead. This is a gay horror story and a good one. The right mix of sex, romance, gore and horror - yes, some authors do know how to get it right and Prieto is definitely one of them. Also, the author goes back to the roots of the horror genre - vampires are devious, blood-sucking monsters, werewolves are feral beasts that kill without remorse and the uglies that come out after dark are terrifying. Really good!
