SGA's tie-in
Feb. 20th, 2009 09:12 amThese days, I've been reading the SGA tie-in novel "Blood Ties" by Sonny Whitelaw. I've been told that it's a bad book, that McKay doesn't behave like the real McKay etc. But I'm 1/3 through and so far, I really like it. I mean, Dr. Larance is a barely disguised Mary-Sue but since I really love outsider's POV, I don't mind much. It just shows that one can't judge a book based on other people's opinion of it. I mean, it still can take a nose-dive, that's true, but so far, so good *nods*
