Stargate Atlantis 5x02

Oh my god, another great episode! And so much Shep!whump. First the cure, than getting stabbed too! Awesome! As a Shep!whumper I'm so happy with this episode!

Woolsey is awesome, just as I thought. I really really like him. He's not a jerk, he just follows the protocol. Even his arguments against persuading Michael and for sending Carson back to Earth were sound, even though the others might not have liked it! And the last scene with him and Sheppard in the infirmary... Aww, it made me so happy, when they shook hands and all.

What I didn't like was how little screen time Rodney got. Though what Keller said, that he was visiting Carson in the stasis chamber regularly, that made my heart melt. I also noticed that they obviously keep pushing the Rodney/Jennifer romance storyline.

Ha, I also loved the joke about Ronon's bruised larynx! And Teyla walking the city to keep her son asleep. Heh XD

Another great ep, really!

I think this episode was okay, but I didn't LOVE it. So far, I love the hell out of Woolsey, and I have much, much empathy towards him ;) Welcome to Pegasus, buddy, where the rules are made to be bent and broken. :D

As for the Rodney/Keller, ugh... Seriously, Ronon/Keller is so much hotter - did you notice that in the meeting, Ronon leaned in so close to Jennifer as she was sitting down? HOT. And Ronon going through the tentacles-invested hall = HOT. Man, he's so freaking hot, wielding and whipping that sword. JEEZ.

Hoping next week's episode will be good.

I don't like any romance at all on my shows. Just no. I want to see some butt-kicking and banter and team! Not the awkward dating of two peculiar scientists. And besides, wasn't it already done with Katie Brown?

But I adore Woolsey. His arguments really were sound and even Sheppard had to admit it. And the last scene in the infirmary, it made me very happy even though I would have prefered a team-centric ending :(
