Yes, it was an accident. But Wilson is grieving. He's going to want to blame someone. It's human nature to want a reason for things like this hapenning, and Wilson is going to see it being House's fault. If House hadn't gotten drunk, Amber would still be alive.
I think Wilson actually still cares about House. He stayed outside his room until House regained consciousness. It seems to me like Wilson knows very deep down that House isn't to be blamed. Once he deals with his grief, I think he'll be able to forgive House for being part of Amber's death.
I liked the ducklings in this episode. It was interesting to see how they dealt with the loss of one of their own. It showed me that they're not all powerful, and that they all deal in different ways.
I still don't see why the House/Cuddy fans are creaming themselves over the last two episodes. Yes, Cuddy loves House, but I still don't see any reason to think either is "in love" with the other. Just my 2 cents.
