I kinda really really really don't like Bela. Better said - I hate every frame that she's in. I have yet to re-watch any of the episodes that she was in. My problem with her is her behavior. I hate women who has to prove their strength by demeaning men. And her "oh please please save me I have a sad background" scene in Red Sky really didn't help.
They made her a bitch. If they HAVE TO keep her no matter what, then let her stay a bitch. Her behavior is inexcusable and if they tried to turn her into a goody-goody girl, they would ridicule themselves. To me, it feels like the writers themselves have no idea what to do with her to MAKE fans like her. She didn't pan out as an antagonist, let's try to make her a friend or better yet, a love interest *rolls eyes*
And the anime is really good. Sorta mecha but not really and very very dark. Sorta "people turned inside out" dark. And it's about brothers too, which is the cherry on top! :)
