Oh just John period rules. *happy sigh* Dude also, have you seen that vid of Gareth singing at his last concert? *is going out on a hunch that you like Ianto as well* Dude it's... *drooool*
Hands Off- Oh *god* I know! I was (and still am but not in the same way) sooo obsessed with that series. Hell they may have been cousin's but mmmmm *has no inhabitions anymore* Also, OMG the last volume. I still am just *dude* over that.
Cantarella- It's sooooo purty and oh my gosh yes about her owning like everyone. She's so good at what she does and I love period stuff. And she does so much research. *heart*
xxxHolic- Jesus, have you been keeping up with that lately? 'Cause I do believe something is *finally* going to happen and I'm all sorts of giddy.
Gorgeous Carat- Fwehehehehe. Goddamn I love that series. I seriously hope she does actually get to write more of it because... wow. And not that I don't love Galaxy... but it was more like a sidestory than any sort of continuation.
Earthian- Cried *so* hard at the end of that and it's not like it was even that... bad or anything. It was just such a... sweeping tale y'know?
Getbackers! Omg I love love love this series (my best friend just splurged and bought *everything* that you can for the manga of this series so I'm finally getting to read it ^_^) I own the anime for it and it is soooo good.
Alright, how do I even start with describing Banana Fish? Well it's 19 volumes long (I'm on 8!) and it started in the 80's and just finished a few years ago I do believe. It's about this gang leader called Ash Lynx and how he basically takes on his old sugar daddy Papa Dino and his developing relationship with Eiji. It's all centered around this drug called Banana Fish that basically fries a person's brains after making them super strong and insane. Obviously with 19 volumes there's a ton more going on but that's basically the main story. It's listed as Shoujo but it's unlike any Shoujo I've ever read. It's fairly violent, gritty (also set in New York just so you know) and she likes to focus on plot more than the Shounen-Ai and I love it so, so, soooo much. Oh also, the art does start off a tiny bit iffy (it's very 80's, shocking for a series from that, I know) but it improves as you go along.
