katikatI'm really trying not to get angry, annoyed, enraged or whatever mood icons there are for a mighty pissed off LJ user.
Me and Streamload: Yesterday, I hit the "Oops..." message that won't allow you to even reach your account. Today, there has been a slight change - it's the "Ouch! We Had a Small Hiccup." error message that won't allow you to download some files. After 14 days since the (in)famous transfer from the good, old, reliable Stremload to the faulty, annoying, mostly functionless MediaMax. And all that the paying users get are excuses after excuses after excuses.
And the most hilarious thing - do you know what their idea of reimbursement is? They upped the download quota for paying users this month... from - hold your breath - 25 GB to 25,41 GB!!!
Are they really that ridiculous, dumb, stupid and whatever or is this some elaborate attempt to get rid of the "grandfathered" (as they call them) SL users who still have unlimited storage compared to the new users who get only 250 GB max?
